Hannah has held many roles in the corporate world including Head of Buying for a global brand and multi channel retailer and Head of Business Development & Operations for a national company working with NHS Primary Care Providers.
During her career she experienced chronic stress & burnout. She understands how and why it can be triggered, what impact it can have on individuals, teams and businesses and she understands how employers and employees can mitigate against it.
