About Hannah 

After studying BA (Hons) Textile Design Hannah went on to have a successful corporate career working for well known national brands & retailers. 

 

Hannah first started experiencing workplace stress in 2006, but it wasn’t until 2010 when she was diagnosed and had nearly 3 months off work. She returned to the office after a course of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). A few years later she left her career, knowing that it wasn’t what she wanted to do anymore. Shortly after leaving she unfortunately found herself in a toxic relationship. The workplace stress she had previously experienced suddenly seemed mild in comparison to the emotional trauma which ensued. Once able to get herself slowly back on track, she completely re-designed her life; where she was living, who was allowed into her inner circle, her work and her lifestyle.

 

Self-care became all-important.

I was frequently told to "Just RELAX!”... 
                           My response was always, 
                                            “I don’t know how to?!!”

Now...

Hannah was coached and mentored throughout her 15 year corporate career as well as coaching and mentoring others herself. She has been a Life Coach since 2019 and moved into Stress Management Coaching in 2024.

Hannah's approach is a holistic one. Through her own experiences she has learnt what is important and what works. She has spent the best part of 20 years researching, understanding and experimenting with ways to deal with stress, tension and insomnia. As someone who was raised on a farm, nature and the countryside is really important to Hannah, it is somewhere where she can find peace. Nature can play a powerful part in stress management and Hannah uses it in many aspects of her lifestyle coaching.

Having lived in the South West for 20 years, Hannah recently made the move back to Northamptonshire to be nearer to family.
