FAQs
What is holistic stress management coaching?
Holistic means 'whole'. Hannah approaches stress management holistically meaning that her coaching looks at all aspects of wellbeing which can help with building resilience to stress.

What can I expect from my first session?
During your first session we will complete an initial assessment in order to identify your stress levels, triggers and lifestyle. The assessment compromises of a quick answer written form, conversation and verbal questions. You only need to share what you feel comfortable discussing. The aim of the first session is to get to know each other. It is an opportunity for you to ask me questions.

How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different and has different needs which is why Hannah offers a coaching approach which is tailored to the individual. The aim of stress management coaching is to give the client the tools to manage their own stress. For that reason a coaching relationship is usually a short term relationship. Some clients like to book in for 'maintenance' sessions rather than stopping completely.

Does all coaching take place outdoors?
Coaching doesn't have to be outdoors though it is recommended when the weather is fine. If you would prefer an indoor location then please let me know.
