STRESS MANAGEMENT

Modern life is stressful and is not going to get any less stressful, so understanding how you can manage your response to stress is critical to your wellbeing. Everyone has different stress triggers, stress levels and personality preferences, therefore each coaching approach is tailored to the individual. Based on personal experience, learning and research, Hannah has developed a holistic, multi-modal approach to help her clients manage stress. 

Hannah is a Coach, not a Therapist or Counsellor. If Hannah believes that a client requires additional help then an onward referral to either the client's GP or another professional service will be recommended.
